  • Maintain a routine - Create a routine that prioritizes things you enjoy and even things you have meant to do but have not had enough time to.
  • Limit junk food and high amounts of caffeine. Wake up and go to bed at healthy times to ensure you get enough sleep.
  • Make time for micro-mood lifters -connect with your loved ones on video calls, cook, read, take a walk in your balcony, breathe in the fresh air.
  • Gyms may be closed, but take time out to work out at home. This will keep all the good hormones flowing, and also help build your immunity.
  • Limit your news intake. A near-constant stream of news reports about an outbreak can cause anyone to feel anxious or distressed. Seek information updates and practical guidance at specific times during the day from verified sources.
